Example: an Enterprise client with 40 locations pays a one-time onboarding total of $40,000 ($1,000 × 40) at implementation, and beginning one month after go-live, a recurring monthly total of $32,000 ($800 × 40). First-year total: $40,000 + (11 × $32,000) = $392,000.
Billing notes
- Both the one-time onboarding fee and the recurring monthly subscription fee are calculated by medical center location.
- Each tier includes a bundled monthly minute allowance per location. Overage minutes are billed at the applicable overage rate once the allowance is exceeded.
- The onboarding fee is billed once, upon implementation, before service activation and customer acceptance of the PEMS Terms and Conditions Agreement. Onboarding fees are paid in advance of project commencement; invoices are due on receipt and payable within 48 hours.
- No monthly fee is charged during the implementation month. Recurring monthly billing begins one month after implementation (go-live) and is billed each month thereafter for every active medical center location, at the per-location rate for the applicable tier.
- Tier eligibility is determined by the provider's total number of medical center locations within the ranges shown above.
